A few things I'm loving this week!
Hard Candy Eye'm Tired eye treatment. Love this little guy! I always have tired, puffy eyes in the mornings and this feels so good! I don't know yet if it firms the eye area, but it does a great job of de-puffing and brightening. A must have if you haven't gotten a lot of sleep!
Neutrogena Rapid Clear acne eliminating spot gel. This little tube is a miracle worker! For years I've used a benzyl peroxide acne cream to treat spots and it never works. This neutrogena gel has salicylic acid. I didn't even know they made this until I actually looked through the skin care aisle a little closer. I put this gel on breakouts and on the area I'm prone to breakout. I've seen a great improvement to my skin! Pimples heal faster and my skin stays clearer longer!
Tarte Lip surgence in Fever. This has been my go to lip product. It's a bright coral red with a slight sparkle. I keep this baby in my purse because it's so easy to apply on the go and because I usually forget to put on a lip color at home! See this post for a swatch!
Revlon photoready 3D volume mascara. This is a great mascara! This is a supposed dupe for Benefit's They're Real! mascara. They have similar brushes but the formulas aren't exactly the same. This revlon mascara gives my puny lashes great length, volume, and separation.
My last favorite was my mother's day present. A fossil rose gold watch. I've been drooling over rose gold watches all spring. I'm so happy to finally have one! Thank you honey! :)

Five Friday Favorites
Queen Helen Mint Julep Masque- The classic mint green clay mask has been wonderful for my temperamental skin. I've been dealing with some breakouts and immediately see improvement in my skin after 'masking'.

Urban Decay 24/7 Shadow Pencil in JuJu- This is, by far, the best cream shadow product that I've tried. This does not move, until you take it off! The shade JuJu is a shimmery brownish taupe and is a great all over the lid color. It fits into my Five Minute Face wonderfully!
Tarte Lights! Camera! Lashes!- To be fair, I've only used this a handful of times. Sometimes you just know, you know? It thickens. It lengthens. No clumping. No flaking. I love it and it loves me!
Lifesavers Butter Rum candy- I haven't had lifesavers for years. Santa brought me a large decorative tin of them and I'm just now eating them. The butter rum ones are delish!

Since I have been coloring my hair, it's gotten a little dry. Especially at the ends. I had heard good things about argan oil and decided to try it out!

My Favorite Makeup Brushes
Here are my favorite brushes....and they're all cheap!
From top to bottom:
1. ELF studio powder brush- It is antibacterial, synthetic haired takalon brush. It is very dense and very soft. I've washed it several times and it has yet to shed a single hair. It is great for buffing in powder or liquid foundation. Vegan and cruelty free. Available at http://www.eyeslipsface.com/ $3
2. Everyday Minerals long handled kabuki- A synthetic haired brush that is dense and soft. Also great for buffing in powder or liquid foundation. Vegan and cruelty free. Available at http://www.everydayminerals.com/ $12
3. I believe the brand is Studio Basics- it is a eye blending brush at one end and a pencil brush at the other. I think these are synthetic. The blending brush is good for blending out eyeshadow or applying a wash of color to the lid. It can also be used to apply and blend concealer which is how I use it. The pencil brush end can be used to apply shadow to the outer V or to smudge shadow or liner in the lash line. I bought this in a set at Walmart. I don't know if they still carry it or not. I'm sure the set was under $10.
4. ELF essetails eye shadow brush- This is the perfect brush for packing on shadow to the eyelid. Available at www.eyeslipsface.com $1
5. Mary Kay eye crease brush- This brush is the perfect size for my eye crease. I like it to apply color and also blending it out. It came in a brush set that I got as a free gift. You cannot buy this brush seperately. The set is available at www.marykay.com or through your Mary Kay represenative. The set is $48
6. Coastal Scents small oval eye detail brush- I love using this brush to apply shadow to my inner corner, it is the perfect size! I also got this one in a set. This is the set I got at www.coastalscents.com it is origanlly $39 but I'm sure I got it on sale.

These are all brushes that I've accumulated over time. If you are in the market for brushes I suggest looking at ELF or Coastal Scents for inexpensive brushes that will get the job done!
Thanks for reading and have a great day! :)
