As you may know, October is breast cancer awareness month. Which is why we see so much pink during October! This is the month that major breast cancer organizations raise awareness of the disease. This includes education on early detection, the cause, treatment, and support for survivors. *source-www.nationalbreastcancer.org
I am blessed that I have not been personally affected by breast cancer. To my knowledge no one in my family has suffered from this terrible disease. A dear friend that I know from church was diagnosed a few years ago and has been cancer free for some time now. I will always remember the strength and grace she showed during that time. She is truly an inspiration.
I know I'm a little late blogging about this. Time seriously got away from me this month! I almost scrapped the idea, but Wendy at LuvLifeBeauty tweeted about a contest, and that gave me the kick in the pants that I needed.

They are a blush actually! It's a Rimmel blush called autumn catwalk, it is made of three different shades of pink.
