Wearable Color: Pop of Coral

I pinned this image about a month ago and just knew that I wanted to do a look like this!

Here is my interpretation

Mine's a little different, but the concept is the same. It's a neutral eye with a pop of color in the outer corner.

To recreate this look you only need three colors; a shimmery light yellow, a matte medium brown, and a shimmering coral. 

Apply the shimmery yellow all over the lid, blending up to the brow. 

Next, lightly sweep your coral shadow in the outer corner, blending through your crease. I suggest using very little color on your brush to start, and then add more as you see fit. It's much easier to add color than to take away. 

Lastly, lightly blend your brown shadow in the outer corner on top of the coral, to deepen and define your eyes a bit more.

If desired, line your eyes. I used a black/brown gel eyeliner. 

Finish up with mascara and you're done!

This was a fairly easy look to achieve, it just takes a little time to blend it all together. If you don't dig the coral you could use this same technique but with a different color. I think a bright turquoise would look awesome!
